Training courses for the IDEA team in Rome and Barcelona
About the project
IDEA representatives took part in international professional development opportunities, including the TIC-TAC training course in Rome and Mobility Masters: Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation HUB (MOMA 2nd Edition) in Barcelona.
These experiences focused on designing quality youth mobility projects, non-formal learning, youth participation, partnership development, digital tools and inclusive approaches to youth work.
The knowledge and connections gained contribute to IDEA's organisational development and help us build stronger international partnerships.
