Training in Mental Health Tools
About the project
In cooperation with Mentalidade X from Portugal, IDEA hosted an international training course bringing together 12 participants from Georgia and Portugal.
The programme combined theoretical and practical learning, introducing participants to supportive mental health tools, creative approaches and art-therapy methods. It encouraged experience-sharing and explored ways to address well-being in youth work.
